If possible, allow casserole to come to room temperature. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat casserole with lid on for 20- 30 minutes. Remove lid and heat for additional 10-20 minutes or until casserole is heated through. Salad: toss mixed greens with beets, sunflower seeds and dressing to taste.
