a Spicy Radish all-time favorite - roasted chicken breast in lemon tahini marinade with pita bread, tzatziki sauce and pickled red onions, served with quinoa salad with marinated garbanzo beans and roasted tomato dressing (This meal is GF without the pita. GF customers please request no pita.)
If possible, allow chicken to come to room temp. Remove dressing from container and wrap pita in foil. Preheat oven to 350. Heat chicken and pita until warm (about 10-15 min. for chicken, 5-10 min. for pita). Slice chicken and toss with tahini to taste. Gyros: place chicken on warm pita, top with tzatziki and pickled onions.
Quinoa: toss with dressing to taste and enjoy at room temp.
