Chicken Satay


whole chicken breast marinated in lemongrass, garlic, shallot, and spices, served with peanut dipping sauce and vegetable basmati rice with peas, carrots, and sesame seeds


Allow chicken to come to room temperature. Heat oven to 350. Heat chicken 10-15 minutes or until warm. Serve with peanut sauce and pickled cucumbers. Rice: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN! Heat in medium pan on stove top with 1-2 tablespoons of water, stirring occasionally until warm (Microwave: heat 1-2 min. until warm.)
