Chicken: if possible, allow chicken to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. For best results heat in single layer on foil- lined baking sheet, sprayed with non-stick spray or rubbed with a little oil. Heat until chicken is warm and crispy, about 15 min. (Microwave: heat 2-3 min. or until hot.) Serve with honey mustard on the side.
Salad: toss kale with walnuts, parmesan, raisins and dressing to taste.
