it doesn’t get more summery than this - shredded chicken tossed with house-made BBQ sauce, served on potato buns topped with coleslaw, pickles and a side of baked beans
Instructions
Chicken: if possible, allow chicken to come to room temp. DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC IN OVEN. Heat chicken and BBQ sauce in pan on stove over med. heat until warm. Warm buns in oven 5-10 mins. Mix coleslaw with coleslaw dressing. Assemble sandwich: place chicken on buns, top with extra BBQ sauce, coleslaw and pickles. Baked beans: heat in small saucepan over med. heat, stirring occasionally until warm, 5-10 min.
