Chicken Gyro


a Spicy Radish all-time favorite - roasted chicken breast in lemon tahini marinade, with pita bread, tzatziki sauce and pickled red onions, served with quinoa salad with chickpeas, feta, kalamata olives, fresh herbs and fire-roasted piquillo pepper vinaigrette (This meal is GF without the pita. GF customers, please request no pita. It is also DF without the tzatziki sauce. DF customers, please request no tzatziki.)


If possible, allow chicken to come to room temp. Remove tahini sauce from container and wrap pita in foil. Preheat oven to 350. Heat chicken and pita until warm (about 10-15 min. for chicken, 5-10 min. for pita). Slice chicken and toss with tahini to taste. Place chicken on warm pita, top with tzatziki and pickled onions. Quinoa: toss with dressing to taste and enjoy at room temp.
