Chicken Parmesan


just like from your favorite red sauce joint - chicken breast baked with a crispy crust of parmesan and panko breadcrumbs, served with house-made marinara sauce, mozzarella and roasted asparagus with garlic butter and sea salt


Chicken: if possible, allow chicken to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. For best results heat in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray or rubbed with a little oil. Spoon some sauce over chicken, then top with mozzarella. Heat until chicken is warm and cheese is melted, about 15 min. (Microwave: heat 2-3 min. or until hot.) Asparagus: heat in fiber container at 375, 5-10 min. until warm and butter is melted.
