Description

crispy cod with tarter sauce and pickles on a soft bun; 1 sandwich per order

Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp. of butter or vegetable oil in a fry pan on med. heat. Cook filet 4-6 min. on each side, until the center is hot and the filet coating is golden brown. Serve on brioche buns with tartar sauce and pickles. *Filet is pre-cooked!
