Greek Shrimp with Feta & Tomato


sweet shrimp simmered in a sauce of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and white wine, topped with feta, served with herbed rice


Heat sauce in med. saucepan over med. heat; when warm, add shrimp. Heat until shrimp are hot, about 3-5 min. Remove from heat and stir in half of the feta cheese. To serve, top with remaining feta cheese to taste. Rice: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Heat rice in med. saucepan with 2-3 tbsp. of water, stirring occasionally until warm, about 5 min. Serve shrimp and sauce over rice.
