Description

individual meatloaves made with Angus ground beef, pork and veal, seasoned with onions and parsley (1 mini meatloaf per serving), served with classic macaroni and cheese; kids gobble this one up (and let’s be honest, so do adults)

Instructions

Meatloaves: if possible, allow meatloaves to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. Remove meatloaves from plastic bag and heat in oven, 15-20 min. until warmed through. Mac and cheese: if possible, allow to come to room temp. Heat covered 20-30 min., remove lid, heat additional 15-20 min. until warmed through and breadcrumbs are brown.

meatloaves (Angus ground beef, pork, veal, onion, panko, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, fresh parsley, eggs, Sriracha, tomato paste, salt, black pepper), mac and cheese (pasta, butter, milk, flour, cheddar, pepper jack, parmesan and gruyere cheeses, salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, panko)
