hearty, heart-warming recipe of our chef Liza’s mother - minestrone with ditalini pasta (little thimbles), beans, vegetables, herbs, and beef broth, served with a small side of grated parmesan; 1 quart per order, serves 2-3 (DF customers - this dish is dairy free without the parmesan cheese, portioned separately.)
Instructions
Heat on stovetop over med. heat, stirring occasionally until warm, 5-10 min. Add ¼- ½ cup water until desired consistency is reached. Top with cheese.
