Pretzel Chicken


chicken breast coated in crunchy pretzels and whole grain mustard, served with mustard dipping sauce and mac & cheese


Chicken: if possible, allow to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken from container and heat in single layer on foil lined baking sheet, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Heat 10-15 min. Serve with mustard sauce on the side. Mac and cheese: if possible, allow to come to room temp. Heat covered 20-30 min., remove lid, heat additional 15-20 min. until warmed through and breadcrumbs are brown.


chicken (buttermilk, pretzels, mustard sauce), mustard sauce (whole grain and Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, maple syrup, oil), mac and cheese (pasta, butter, flour, milk, white cheddar, jack and gruyere cheeses, parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Dijon mustard, panko breadcrumbs)
