If an item is marked “FF Freezer Friendly,” the entrée or protein part of the meal can be frozen and reheated later.
To freeze, wrap the container tightly with plastic wrap, then neatly with foil. Or vice versa. Either way, two layers is best. (If you only have one of these materials, just double-wrap it.)
To reheat, transfer the container from the freezer to the fridge overnight, or for most of a day. It needs to thaw out. Then follow reheating instructions on the label (or find instructions here.)
Remember to give yourself a lot of time. Most freezer friendly items are soups and casseroles, which are dense and generally take awhile to thaw and reheat!
