French Onion Soup


rich soup with sweet caramelized onions in beef broth, topped with gruyere and served in a bread bowl; serves 2


Bread bowl: Remove the plastic and bake the bread at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Soup: Heat in saucepan over med. heat stirring occasionally until warm, 5-10 min. Slice circle out of top of bowl, remove bread. Pour soup into bread bowl and top with cheese.
