Angus ground beef mixed with mild green chilies, topped with crispy onions, cheddar jack cheese and chipotle ranch on a brioche bun, served with roasted potato wedges with housemade ranch
Burgers: if possible, allow burgers to come to room temp. Grill: grill over medium high heat, 4 min. per side until desired temperature is reached. Top with cheese. Stovetop: use non-stick or cast iron pan for best results. Heat over med. high heat, 4-5 min. per side, in last min. of heating, add cheese and cover to melt cheese. Serve on buns with chipotle ranch, chilies and crispy onions.
Potatoes: heat in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Heat at 375 degrees until potatoes are warm and slightly crisp, 10-15 minutes. Serve with ranch on the side.
Cooked burgers: if possible, allow burgers to come to room temp. Remove aioli if inside container with burgers. Place burgers on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese on top of burgers and heat in oven at 350 for 10-15 min. until warm and cheese is melted. Serve on buns with chipotle ranch, chilies and crispy onions.
