Chicken: if possible, allow chicken to come to room temp. Heat oven to 375 degrees. For best results, heat chicken in single layer on lightly oiled baking sheet until warmed through, 10-20 min. Serve with yogurt sauce on the side.
Quinoa: toss with dressing to taste and enjoy at room temp.
