hearty Italian meatballs made with Angus ground beef on slider buns (3 sliders per person), topped with zesty marinara and melty mozzarella, served with antipasti salad - romaine spring mix with roasted red peppers, marinated chickpeas, pickled banana peppers, olives and red wine vinaigrette
If possible, allow meatballs to come to room temp., preheat oven to 375. Pour half of sauce over meatballs and top with cheese, heat in oven until meatballs and sauce are warm and cheese is melted, 15-18 min. Heat remaining sauce in microwave or saucepan. Slice buns in half, place a meatball on each bun and top with additional sauce to taste.
Salad: toss greens with antipasti toppings and dressing to taste.
