the Radish’s take on a Jamaican classic: chicken breast marinated in over 17 different ingredients including shallot, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange juice and more, served with coconut rice and kidney beans
If possible, allow chicken and rice to come to room temp. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pour marinade over chicken, heat chicken covered for 10-15 min. until chicken is warm.
Rice: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Heat rice in medium pan on stovetop over medium heat with 1-2 tablespoons of water, stirring occasionally until warm, about 5-10 min. Serve chicken with rice and beans.
