Korean Beef Lettuce Wraps


Angus ground beef seasoned with ginger-pear soy sauce and sesame oil, served in crisp lettuce cups topped with crunchy rainbow carrots, served with rice and roasted broccoli


Beef: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC IN OVEN. Heat beef in med. saucepan over medium heat with sauce 1-2 tbsp of water if needed. Stir occasionally, until beef is warm, and sauce is simmering, 5-8 min. To serve, place beef in lettuce leaf, top with carrots.

Rice and broccoli: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Heat rice and broccoli in pan on stovetop over med. heat with 1-2 tbsp of water, stirring until warm, 5-8 min.
