Cauliflower, chickpeas and potatoes roasted with our mild house curry spice mix topped with pickled red onions and a lemony yogurt sauce served with 2 pieces of naan flatbread and basmati rice with slivered almonds and peas

Preparation

Heat curried cauliflower on stovetop over med. heat with a little oil or water stirring occasionally until warm, about 5-10 min. Rice: heat in med. saucepan with 1-2 tbsp of water until warm, 5-10 min. Naan: heat in oven at 350 degrees until warm, 5-7 min. Serve cauliflower over rice topped with yogurt sauce and pickled onions with naan on the side for dipping.
