Angus beef burgers made with bacon and caramelized onions, with brioche buns, roasted garlic aioli and mild spicy pickles (portioned on the side, of course), served with roasted potato wedges and ranch dip (Please let us know if you would like your burgers uncooked. GF customers, this meal is GF without buns.)
Burgers: if possible, allow burgers to come to room temp. Remove aioli if inside container with burgers. Heat burgers covered in oven at 350 for 10-15 min. until warm. Serve on buns with aioli and pickles.
Uncooked burgers: Burgers: if possible, allow burgers to come to room temp. Remove aioli if inside container with burgers. DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC IN OVEN. Oven: heat burgers covered in oven at 350 for 10-15 min. until warm. Grill: grill over medium high heat, 4 min. per side until desired temperature is reached.
Potatoes: for best results heat in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Heat at 375 degrees until potatoes are warm and slightly crisp, 10-15 minutes. Serve with ranch on the side.
