Spring Vegetable Pasta Bake


penne pasta baked with English peas, artichoke hearts, asparagus, ricotta and mozzarella and house-made basil pesto, served with steamed green beans with lemon herb butter


If possible, allow pasta to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. Heat covered 30-40 min. until warm, remove lid for last 10 min. to allow breadcrumbs to crisp. (Microwave 3-5 min. until pasta is hot.)

Green beans: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC LID IN OVEN. Cover container with foil, heat at 375 for 8-12 minutes until warm.
