grilled flank steak with house-made teriyaki glaze, served with rice and red and green bell peppers, onions and broccoli, with a side of teriyaki sauce
If possible, allow steak and rice to come to room temp. Steak: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. DO NOT HEAT BLACK PLASTIC IN OVEN. Heat steak in single layer on baking sheet 10- 12 minutes until warm. Slice steak against the grain.
Rice: DO NOT HEAT BLACK PLASTIC IN OVEN. Heat rice and vegetables over medium heat in medium pan with 1-2 tablespoons of water, stirring frequently until warm, 5-7 min. Serve with teriyaki sauce on the side.
