Angus beef and pork meatballs seasoned with onions, nutmeg and a pinch of allspice, served with egg noodles with parsley and dill, creamy gravy, lingonberry preserves and roasted baby carrots
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat meatballs 15-20 min. until warm. Pour gravy over meatballs during last 10 min. of heating.
Egg noodles: DO NOT HEAT BLACK PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Heat egg noodles in saucepan with 1-2 tablespoons of water over medium heat, stirring until warm. Serve egg noodles topped with meatballs and gravy with preserves on the side.
Carrots: Heat in oven 10- 15 minutes until warm.
