Turkey Burgers with Feta and Dill


turkey burgers mixed with roasted red peppers, feta and fresh dill, on brioche buns, with pickled red onions and herb aioli, served with sweet potato fries and merguez yogurt dipping sauce


Burgers: Preheat oven to 350. DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC IN OVEN. For best results, heat burgers in single layer on baking sheet for 10-15 min. until warm. Serve on buns, with aioli and pickled onions.

Potatoes: for best results heat in single layer on baking sheet at 35o for 10-15 min. until warm. Serve with harissa yogurt dipping sauce.
