Entrées are family-style meals. They serve 2 people generously, or 3 people modestly. Select a higher quantity if ordering for 4 or more people.

Dry-rubbed pork shoulder braised low and slow for many hours, served with tangy housemade Carolina-style BBQ sauce, Hawaiian slider rolls (6 per order), zesty pickles, and roasted potato wedges with housemade ranch

Chicken fajitas with charred bell peppers and onions, served with roasted tomato salsa, creamy black bean spread, shredded cheese, and flour tortillas
Turkey Meatballs with Feta & Zucchini
Mediterranean-inspired turkey meatballs with ground turkey, zucchini, feta cheese, and fresh dill, served with naan bread, pickled red onion yogurt sauce, and a side of couscous with roasted plum tomatoes, chickpeas, and kalamata olives

Decadent lasagna made from scratch - Italian sausage layered with marinara, Italian bechamel, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses
(Who's Ed Giobbi, and what's his lasagna all about? Ed Giobbi is an Italian - American artist and cookbook author and contemporary of other seminal 70's cookbook authors like Paul Prudhomme, James Beard, Paula Woffert and Diana Kennedy. The beauty of this lasagna is that he took the classic American red sauce lasagna, and the classic Italian bechamel lasagna, and made it into ONE LASAGNA. Which is particularly American, and we think, delicious.)
