Our Asian chicken salad, but make it a wrap! Shredded sesame roasted chicken in ginger soy marinade with carrots, red and green cabbage, chopped peanuts, edamame and peanut dressing wrapped in a fresh, locally-made flour tortilla from Athmar Park's own Tortilleria Colorado

Preparation

Toss with peanut dressing to taste. Note: dressing may not mix well when cold. Let it warm up some before adding to salad.

chicken (marinade: GF soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh ginger, garlic, brown sugar), green cabbage, red cabbage, shredded carrots, scallions, edamame, peanuts, sesame seeds, peanut dressing (peanut butter, GF soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, sriracha, ground ginger, garlic, coconut milk)
