Pasta baked with ricotta, parmesan, house-made marinara, and seasoned ground beef and topped with mozzarella, served with baby kale caesar salad with croutons

Preparation

Allow ziti to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic lid, cover ziti with foil and heat for 25-30 min., remove foil and heat for additional 15-20 min, until cheese is golden brown. Salad: Toss greens with toppings and dressing to taste.
