Pasta baked with ricotta, parmesan, house-made marinara and seasoned ground beef, topped with mozzarella served with antipasti salad with greens, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, chickpeas, olives and Italian vinaigrette

Preparation

Allow ziti to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic lid, cover ziti with foil and heat for 25-30 min., remove foil and heat for additional 15-20 min, until cheese is golden brown. Salad: Toss greens with antipasti toppings and dressing to taste.
