BBQ Turkey Meatball Sliders

Seasoned turkey meatballs served on Hawaiian rolls (4 per order), with tangy house-made BBQ sauce, served with elote-style roasted sweet potatoes and corn tossed with cotija cheese and cilantro lime dressing

Preparation

Meatballs: Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat meatballs uncovered for 15-20 min. Remove from oven and pour BBQ sauce over meatballs. Elote: Heat on stovetop over medium heat for 5–8 min. Remove from heat and toss with cotija cheese and cilantro dressing. Serve meatballs on Hawaiian rolls with extra BBQ sauce and side of Elote.
