Classic bolognese - Angus ground beef simmered with onions, white wine, tomato, thyme, and a touch of cream.

Preparation

Add up to a ½ cup water to sauce to reach desired consistency. Simmer in saucepan on stove over med. heat for 15 min., stirring occasionally. To serve, toss with pasta of choice.
