Shredded Chicken breast baked in a smokey tomato sauce, with a side of cheesy green chili pinto beans. Served with corn tortillas, pickled onions and avocado crema

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beans: Remove plastic lid and heat in oven until cheese is golden and melted, about 10-12 min. Heat chicken and tinga sauce in pan on stove top over med. heat, stirring frequently until warm, about 5-8 min. To serve, place chicken on tortillas, top with avocado crema and pickled onions. Serve tacos with cheesy pinto beans on the side.
