Chicken breast baked with a crispy crust of buffalo breadcrumbs topped with carrot and celery slaw, served with blue cheese dressing and Sunday potatoes roasted in duck fat and fresh herbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat chicken in a single layer on a lightly oiled, parchment or foil-lined baking sheet. Heat until chicken is warm and crispy, about 17-20 minutes. Potatoes: Heat uncovered for 17-20 minutes. Serve chicken with slaw, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese dressing.
