We used to call this Chicken Tikka, and the dish hasn't changed, but it's actually a little closer to Butter Chicken, a much saucier Indian dish named for its tomato-based sauce with a wee bit of butter in it; in any event, here is the official description - oven-roasted chicken breast marinated in garlic, ginger, turmeric and yogurt, served with flavorful, very mild and not-at-all-spicy tomato sauce over basmati rice with roasted cauliflower and peas, and naan flatbread

Preparation

Slice chicken into pieces. Heat chicken and sauce in med. skillet on stovetop over med. heat, stirring occasionally until warm, about 5-10 min. Rice: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Heat rice on stovetop over med. heat with one tablespoon of water until rice is warm, roughly 5-8 min. Naan: heat naan in oven until warm, 5-7 min.
