Pork shoulder braised low and slow overnight with lime, orange, garlic, and agave, served with house-made salsa, cotija cheese, flour tortillas, and borracho beans - pinto beans simmered with bacon, mild chilis, and spices; 6 tortillas per order

Preparation

Carnitas: Heat in pan on stove top over med. heat with a little oil or water; stir frequently until warm, about 5-10 min. Beans: Heat in med. saucepan on stove top over med. heat stirring occasionally until warm, 5-10 min. To serve, place pork on tortillas and top with queso fresca and salsa. Serve tacos with borracho beans on the side.
