Overnight pork shoulder, dry rubbed with Chinese five spice and braised low and slow for many hours, served on puffy bao buns (6 per order) with house-made Asian style BBQ sauce and pickled cucumbers, served with shredded vegetable salad topped with crunchy wonton strips and lemon ginger vinaigrette

Preparation

Pork: Heat on stovetop over med. with a little
oil or water stirring frequently until warm, 5-10 min. Toss warm pork with BBQ sauce to taste. Bao buns: Place on a plate and cover with damp paper towel, microwave until warm, 20-30 sec. Open buns, top with pork and pickled
cucumbers, drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce. Salad:Toss shredded vegetables with wontons and dressing to taste.
