Overnight pork shoulder, dry rubbed with Chinese five spice and braised low and slow for many hours, served on puffy bao buns (6 per order) with house-made Asian style BBQ sauce and pickled cucumbers, served with kale slaw blend topped with crunchy wonton strips and lemon ginger dressing

Preparation

Pork: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Heat in pan over med. heat with a little oil or water; stir frequently, 5-10 min. Toss warm pork with BBQ sauce to taste. Bao buns: put on a plate and cover with damp paper towel, microwave until warm, 20-30 sec. Open buns, top with pork and pickled cucumbers, drizzle with remaining sauce. Salad: toss kale salad with wontons and dressing to taste.
