Chicken breast braised with white wine, oregano, brown sugar, capers, olives and dried plums, served with couscous with garbanzo beans, feta and roasted carrots

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Chicken: Remove plastic lid from container. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 10-15 min, until chicken is warmed through. Couscous: Heat on stove top over low heat with 1-2 tbsp. of water or a little bit of oil, stir occasionally until warm, about 5 minutes.
