A Southwestern spin on our most popular dish - tender chicken in mild green chile sauce with corn, potatoes, and Southwest spices baked under a flaky puff pastry lid, served with mixed greens salad with beets, seasoned sunflower seeds, and citrus vinaigrette

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Remove lid, bake uncovered for 45-55 min. until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling. (Please note: puff pastry cannot be cooked in the microwave!) Salad: Toss greens with beets, sunflower seeds, and dressing to taste.
