Feel free to skip Chick-fil-A this week - buttermilk-brined white meat chicken breast hand-coated with a crispy panko crust, served on potato buns with pickles and house-made "chick-fil-a" sauce, served with a side of broccoli slaw with buttermilk chive dressing

Preparation

Chicken: if possible, allow chicken to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. For best results heat in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with non-stick spray or rubbed with a little oil. Heat until chicken is warm and crispy, at least 15 min. Serve on buns with pickles and Spicy Radish sauce. Slaw: toss with buttermilk dressing to taste.
