Crispy Pecan Chicken

Chicken baked with a crispy pecan cornmeal crust, topped with remoulade sauce, served with green salad with crispy onions, parmesan cheese, sliced radish and red wine vinaigrette

Preparation

If possible allow chicken to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 375. Heat chicken in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Heat chicken at least 10-15 min. until warm. Serve topped with remoulade. Toss salad ingredients with dressing to taste.
