Preparation

Heat soup in small saucepan over medium heat, add ¼ - 1 cup water until desired consistency is reached. Stir occasionally until warm, about 10 min. Rice: Heat rice with 1-2 tbsp of water in saucepan over med. heat, stirring until warm, about 5-8 min. Serve soup over rice, top with sour cream and onions.
