Crispy tilapia with tarter sauce and pickles on a soft bun served with sour cream and onion potato salad (2 sandwiches per order)

Preparation

Heat 2 tbsp. of butter or vegetable oil in a fry pan on med. heat. Cook filets 4-6 min. on each side, until the center is hot and the filet coating is golden brown. Serve on buns with tartar sauce and pickles. You may have to break the fish in half to fit on the bun. Serve potato salad on the side. *Filet is pre-cooked!
