    Rich soup with sweet caramelized onions in beef broth topped with cheesy gruyere crostini

    Preparation

    Top crostini with cheese, heat at 350 for 3-5 min. until melted. Heat soup in saucepan over med. heat stirring occasionally until warm, 5-10 min. Top soup with crostini.

    yellow onion, butter, extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, brown sugar, short rib, beef stock, demi glace, gloves, red wine, crostini (french baguette, gruyere cheese)
