Rich soup with sweet caramelized onions in beef broth made by our friends at Denver Bone Broth, topped with cheesy gruyere crostini

Preparation

Top crostini with cheese, heat at 350 for 3-5 min. until melted. Heat soup in saucepan over med. heat stirring occasionally until warm, 5-10 min. Top soup with crostini.
