Chicken breast marinated with lemon, fresh herbs and garlic, grilled and served with yogurt sauce and a late summer vegetable ratatouille featuring roasted tomatoes, zucchini, fennel and onion

Preparation

Chicken: if possible, allow to come to room temp. Preheat oven to 350. For best results, heat in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Heat for 10-15 min. or until warm. Roasted Veg: heat in medium saucepan over medium heat
until warmed through, about 5 minutes. Serve chicken with vegetables and yogurtsauce on the side.
