Sweet shrimp simmered in a sauce of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and white wine, topped with feta, served with couscous salad with peas and almonds

Preparation

Heat sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once warm, add shrimp and cook until heated through, about 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in half the feta. Couscous: Heat in a medium saucepan with 2–3 tbsp water over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Serve shrimp and sauce over couscous, topped with remaining feta.
