Green Chili Grilled Chicken with Dirty Rice

Spice rubbed grilled chicken smothered with hatch chili gravy, served with dirty rice with bell peppers, corn and caramelized onions

Preparation

Chicken: pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. If possible, allow chicken and green chili sauce to come to room temp. Pour green chili sauce over chicken, heat chicken and sauce in oven for about 15 mins. or until warm. Dirty rice: DO NOT HEAT PLASTIC CONTAINER IN OVEN. Heat rice in saucepan on stovetop over med. heat, with 1-2 tbsp of water, stirring until warm, 5-8 min.
