Grilled chicken breast marinated in coconut milk and lime juice served on a bed of basmati rice, bell peppers, broccoli and onions, topped with a chili garlic sauce.

Preparation

Slice chicken, heat with rice and vegetables in skillet on stovetop over med. heat, stirring frequently until everything is warmed through, 5-10 min. Serve topped with chili garlic sauce.
