Overnight braised beef simmered with carrots, potatoes, parsnips and onions in a rich sauce, served with crusty bread for dipping

Preparation

Combine beef, broth and vegetables in saucepan on stove. Heat over med. heat for 15-20 min., stirring frequently until warm; if desired, add additional ½ cup of water or stock while heating. Bread: remove plastic wrap, heat in oven at 350 for 10-15 min. until warm and exterior is crisp.
