Jalapeno Cheddar Burgers (Raw)

Uncooked Angus ground beef mixed with cheddar and jalapeños, served with green chili avocado spread and potato buns

Preparation

Burgers: If possible, let burgers come to room temp before cooking.
Grill: Cook over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Stovetop: Use a non-stick or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side.
Top patties with green chili avocado spread and serve on potato buns with your favorite toppings.
