Ground beef, broccoli, rainbow carrots, snap peas and water chestnuts, seasoned with ginger-pear soy sauce and sesame oil, served in crisp lettuce cups with a side of sesame rice

Preparation

Heat beef, vegetables and sauce on stovetop over med. heat. Add 1-2 tbsp of water if needed. Stir occasionally, until beef is warm and sauce is simmering, 5-8 min. Rice: Heat on stovetop over med. heat with 1-2 tbsp of water until warm, about 5 min. To serve, place beef filling in romaine leaf and serve rice on the side.
