Individual meatloaves made with Angus ground beef, pork and veal, seasoned with onions and parsley (2 mini meatloaves per order), served with classic macaroni and cheese; kids gobble this one up (and let’s be honest, so do adults)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Allow meatloaf and mac & cheese to come to room temp. Mac and cheese: Remove plastic lid. Heat covered with foil 20-25 min., remove foil and heat for additional 15 min. until breadcrumbs are golden brown. Remove meatloaves from plastic bag and heat in oven until warmed through, about 20 min.
